政府 国連のイラン制裁再発動受け 日本でも制裁再開
イランが核開発をめぐる国際的な合意に違反したとして、2015年に解除されていた国連の制裁が再び発動されたことを受けて、日本政府は、過去に国連安全保障理事会の決議に基づいて行っていた制裁措置を再開しました。
イランの核開発をめぐり、日本は、国連安保理決議に基づいて2006年以降、イランに対して制裁措置を行ってきましたが、2015年にイランと欧米などとの間で「核合意」が交わされて以降は、一部を除いて制裁措置を解除していました。
こうした中、イランがこの合意に違反したとして、2015年に解除されていた国連の制裁が再び発動されたことを受けて、政府は28日の持ち回り閣議で、イランに対する制裁措置を再開することを決めました。
具体的には核開発などに携わるイランの企業や技術者など、78の団体と43人の個人に関する資産を凍結するとしています。
またイランの企業などが、日本企業に対し、核開発技術に関連する投資を行うことを原則禁止するほか、核やミサイル開発につながるイランへの資金移転の防止、それに核やミサイルに関連するすべての品目のイランからの輸入を禁止するとしています。
