Claude、プロジェクトごとに独立した記憶機能を提供
AIサービスの「Claude」を展開するAnthropicは、記憶機能(Memory)を正式導入したと発表した。対象はTeamプランおよびEnterpriseプランのユーザーで、記憶機能は段階的に展開される。

記憶機能では、ユーザーやチームのプロジェクト・業務内容・クライアントニーズなどをClaudeが記憶し、都度の説明なしに文脈を引き継いだ会話を可能にする。
プロジェクトを使用する場合、プロジェクトごとに独立した記憶を保持する設計を採用した。顧客対応と社内施策など、性質の異なる業務内容の記録が混在することを防ぎ、情報漏えいや混同を回避する仕組み。
また、記憶内容は「メモリーサマリー」としてユーザーが確認・編集可能。記憶する内容や無視する事項をClaudeに指示することで、柔軟なカスタマイズにも対応する。
加えて、ユーザーのプライバシーに配慮した「Incognito chat(インコグニートチャット)」も同時に導入された。チャット履歴や記憶に一切残らない会話モードで、アイデア出しや戦略的な議論などの際に利用できる。すべてのClaudeユーザーが利用可能。
これらは企業向けの機能であることから、記憶機能はEnterprise管理者による無効化も可能で、導入には安全性や管理性を重視した設計を採用した。
設定メニューから記憶機能を有効にすることで利用が可能となり、過去のチャット履歴を基に自動的に初期設定が行なわれる。Claudeに「先週の作業内容を教えて」などと尋ねることで、記憶を活用した応答を確認できる。
