持ち込みPC等から共有フォルダへのアクセス防止 ～ 情報漏えい対策ソフト「コプリガード Ver.7.0」
株式会社ティエスエスリンクは10月16日、サーバやパソコンから共有ファイルのコピーを禁止する情報漏えい対策ソフト「コプリガード Ver.7.0」と新製品「共有フォルダー保護拡張オプション」を11月11日に発売すると発表した。

「コプリガード」は、社内で共有するファイルの持ち出しを禁止する情報漏えい対策ソフトで、社内業務やリモートワークでサーバ上のファイルの編集は可能にしつつ、ローカルや外部へのファイルコピー・印刷操作を禁止する。メール添付やアップロードでの持ち出し、ファイル利用中の画面情報のスクリーンショットも禁止し、情報流出を防止する。
最新版のVer.7.0では、持ち込みPC、スマホ、Macなどのコプリガード管理外デバイスから、共有フォルダへのアクセス防止が可能となり、顧客から多く寄せられていた「コプリガードをインストールしないデバイスから重要ファイルを保護したい」という要望を実現する。さらに、新機能の暗号化を併用することで、より安全なシステム環境を実現する。なお、利用には有償の「共有フォルダー保護拡張オプション」が別途必要となる。
同製品は、運用目的や規模に応じて、導入が小規模でシンプルな運用に適した「スタンダード版」、規模が大きく複数のポリシーを細やかに運用できる「サーバー管理版」の2タイプから選択可能。スタンダード版は基本パッケージ500,000円+1ライセンス10,000円、サーバー管理版は基本パッケージ1,500,000円+1ライセンス10,000円からの提供で、共有フォルダー保護拡張オプションは1ライセンス5,000円。
