JCBとサンフレッチェ広島、NFCタグ活用の座席オーダー
JCBとサンフレッチェ広島は、12日に開催されるJ1リーグ第29節(対京都サンガ戦)より、「エディオンピースウイング広島」の一部座席で、NFCタグ決済によるテーブルオーダーサービスを本格導入する。

対象は、同スタジアム内の「バラエティーシート」と法人向けの一部座席。用者は座席に設置されたNFCタグをスマートフォンで読み取ることで、専用のメニュー画面にアクセスでき、Apple PayやGoogle Payを用いて注文・決済が可能となる。アプリのダウンロードや会員登録は不要で、ブラウザ上で完結する。
注文した商品は、座席までの配達または受け渡しブースでの受け取りから選択でき、試合開始から前半終了までの間に利用できる。
本サービスは、国内サッカースタジアムでの本格導入としては初の取り組み。JCBが提供するNFCタグ決済の仕組みにより、試合観戦中でも自席から離れることなく、飲食の注文から決済までをスムーズに行なえることが特徴。対象座席には座席情報が組み込まれたNFCタグが設置されており、注文者の特定もシステム上で完了する。決済手段はNFCタグ対応のApple PayまたはGoogle Payに限られる。
