ケーブルテレビ大手の「JCOM」によりますと、23日午前9時ごろからインターネット接続サービスに障害が発生し、利用できない状況になっているということです。

今のところ、ケーブルテレビの視聴には障害は確認されておらず、会社が原因の特定を進めるとともに、復旧を急いでいます。

「JCOM」では「お客様に多大なご迷惑をおかけし、深くお詫び申しあげます」とコメントしています。
