モバイルSuica、定期券ユーザーに熱中症保険 無料で1万名
JR東日本は、条件を満たしたモバイルSuicaの定期券のユーザーを対象に、熱中症保険を無料でプレゼントするキャンペーンを開始した。エントリー期間は5月31日までで、先着1万名。

JR東日本と第一スマート少額短期保険が連携して実施するキャンペーン。Suicaの体験価値向上を図る取り組みの一環として実施される。特典として提供されるのは、保険期間3カ月間の熱中症保険。保険期間は7月1日～9月30日。
この保険では、熱中症による点滴注射を受けたときに1万円の治療給付金が、入院したときに3万円の入院給付金が支払われる。ユーザーの保険料負担は0円(JR東日本による負担)。申し込みから給付金請求までスマートフォンで手続きが完了する。
対象ユーザーは、モバイルSuica定期券のユーザー。条件は、通勤定期券の場合は1カ月が8,000円以上、3カ月が14,000円以上、6カ月が23,000円以上。通勤定期券以外は、期間に関わらず5,000円以上。「通勤定期券以外」とは、通学定期券、オフピーク定期券、グリーン定期券、フレックス定期券、フレックスパル定期券が対象。
