撮影した20代の男性は、「撮影した道がこれほど冠水しているのは見たことがなく、車が止まってしまうのではないかと心配になるほどでした。今は市川市の自宅に戻っていますが、雷は激しく、雨足も強まっていて近くの道路はひざ下くらいまで冠水していて心配です」と話していました。

また、車が走り出すと、道路にあふれた水が波を打つ様子や歩道では、水が吹き上げる様子も確認できます。

撮影した70代の男性によりますと、「買い物から帰宅する途中でいつもこの場所を通るが、ここまで水があふれるとは思わず、とても驚いた」と話していました。
