博多駅前「明治公園」に5つの広場・飲食店・温浴施設　8月開園

東京建物は、博多駅前に位置する「明治公園」に立体園路、5つの広場、飲食店や温浴施設を備える店舗棟などを整備する事業について、8月に開園すると発表した。 福岡市が同市管理の明治公園についてPark-PFIを活用して事業者公募を行ない、東京建物が新たな公園の整備・管理運営を担うこととなった事業。公園全体を一体的かつ統一的に再構成し、公園利用者に新たな体験価値・ライフスタイルを提供する「5つの広場」と「立体園路」を整備する計画で進めている。 また、飲食店や運動施設(温浴施設等)を含む、4階建ての店舗棟を設置。店舗利用者以外も楽しめるよう、屋外階段、テラス、屋上広場などのオープンスペースを備える。 明治公園の所在地は福岡市博多区博多駅前三丁目45、敷地面積は約3,572m2。開園日や店舗の詳細等については5月頃の発表を予定している。
