ファミマ、アイスコーヒー刷新 氷に負けない濃厚な味わい
ファミリーマートは、「FAMIMA CAFÉ」のアイスコーヒーを7月22日から順次リニューアルする。沖縄県除く全国のファミリーマート約16,000店が対象。価格はSが145円、Mが240円、Lが330円。
FAMIMA CAFÉでは2020年から、バリスタの粕谷哲氏とコーヒーの共同開発をしており、共同開発6年目となるタイミングでアイスコーヒーをリニューアルする。
新しいアイスコーヒーでは、一口目からしっかり濃厚な味わいとし、氷に負けない飲みごたえとすっきりキレのある後味に仕立てたという。また、より奥行きのある香りを楽しめるよう、配合しているブラジル豆を2種類に分けて焙煎している。
なおファミリーマートでは、6月から新型コーヒーマシンを順次導入しており、26年5月を目途に全国のファミリーマート店舗に設置される予定。新型マシンではタッチパネルで、アイスコーヒーの味わいを軽め・普通・濃いめの3種類から選択できる。
