ローソン、道北エリア初の景観配慮型店舗 木目調外観
ローソンは、北海道の道北エリアで景観に配慮した新店舗「ローソン東川北町六丁目店」を8月1日にオープンする。「写真の町」として美しいまちづくりを推進している東川町の景観に配慮し、店舗の外壁に木目調の加工を施している。店内には、東川町の電子マネーカード「ひがしかわユニバーサルカード」に対応した決済端末も導入する。
ローソンでは、自治体からの要請や周辺環境に応じて、景観に配慮した外観の店舗づくりを行なっている。北海道では、道央エリアにある小樽市の街並みや景観に配慮し、一部店舗で通常よりも濃い色合いの看板を採用している。北海道内で景観に配慮した店舗を出店するのは、今回で2エリア目。
新店舗では、通常のローソン同様に約3,500アイテムの品揃えに加え、店内でお弁当やサンドイッチなどを調理する「まちかど厨房」も展開。「成城石井」の商品や既に全国の店舗に導入している「無印良品」の商品も取扱うほか、東川町の名産品であるお米についても新米の時期に合わせて今後販売する予定。
その他、コンサートのチケットやグッズの購入、各種料金の支払いができるマルチメディア端末Loppi(ロッピー)やATM、ゆうパックなどのサービスも取り扱う。
所在地は北海道上川郡東川町北町6丁目1番2号。店舗面積は約201.04m2。
