池尻大橋の学校をリノベした「HOME/WORK VILLAGE」がグランドオープン！ワインショップ「アペロ・ヴィラージュ」や花屋、ギャラリーなどが集合
7月24日、廃校となった旧世田谷区立池尻中学校跡地を活用した複合施設「HOME/WORK VILLAGE（ホームワークヴィレッジ」がグランドオープン。ワイン、花、コーヒーなどに特化したショップからレストラン、ギャラリーまで、多種多様なジャンルが一堂に会する。

旧世田谷区立池尻中学校跡地に、建物を活用した複合施設「HOME/WORK VILLAGE（ホームワークヴィレッジ」がグランドオープン。飲食店や物販など、14ものショップが新規開業する。
その中での注目の一つが、ワインバーやショップを展開する「APÉRO」がオープンさせるワインのボトルショップと角打ちを融合させた「APÉRO VILLAGE(アペロ・ヴィラージュ)」だ。フランスを中心に、オーストラリアや日本などの各国からオーガニック・ナチュラル系に特化した300種以上のワインを販売。また、店内のカウンターは角打ちスペースとなっており、日替わりの 10 種ほどをグラスで気軽に楽しむこともできる。
“ワインを学び、味わう”という体験型空間がコンセプトとなっており、テイスティングイベントやワークショップも随時開催予定だそう。黒板を壁面に配するなど、中学校の面影を感じる雰囲気のなかで、カジュアルにワインを学んで楽しめるスポットだ。||◼︎飲食、ギャラリー、フラワーショップなど多様な展開
ちなみにこの複合施設「ホームワークヴィレッジ」 は、「暮らし (HOME) 」と「仕事 (WORK) 」を見つめ直し、私たちの社会に残された「宿題 (HOMEWORK) 」を紐解いていくというのが全体のコンセプト。店舗だけでなく、シェアキッチンやギャラリー、コワーキングスペースといったいろいろなジャンルがミックスされた施設となっている。
飲食店はほかに、人気酒場「マルコ」「下北六角」など6店舗を展開する2TAPSによるレストラン「洋食api」や、約250平米もの広さを持つカフェ・レストラン「Marked池尻 / GOOD TEMPO -MUSIC, BAR & PLANTS-」、焙煎したコーヒー豆やテイクアウトのコーヒーを販売する焙煎所「A day in the coffee」などが続々とオープン。また、“プレイフルでロマンティックな花を”をコンセプトに花器なども販売するフラワーショップ「浪漫花店」、発達・精神・身体障がいなど多様な背景をもつ職人たちが作るレザーアイテムを売る「UNROOF」などもぜひ訪れたい。
