スキマバイト「タイミー」、即戦力のOB/OG限定求人「アルムナイ機能」
スキマバイトサービスの「タイミー」は23日、事業者の退職者、アルバイトを含む元従業員(OB・OG）に限定した限定の求人を公開できる「アルムナイ機能」を新たに実装した。

タイミーは、働きたい人と働き手を募集する企業をマッチングする「スキマバイト」サービス。今回スタートするアルムナイ機能では、事業者とOB・OGとの繋がりを「タイミー」のシステム上でブランドごとに維持・管理し、1日単位でまた働いてもらえるようになる。
これにより、事業者は、スキルや経験が豊富で、信頼のおける人材を確保しやすくなり、働き手は、自分の都合に合わせて慣れ親しんだ職場で働けるようになる。
アルムナイとは、一度退職した元従業員と継続的に接点を持ち、再雇用すること。正規雇用でも注目を集めているが、タイミーにおけるアルバイトにもアルムナイ採用を導入する形だ。
アルムナイ機能は、「タイミー上にいるOB・OGを発見する」または「専用カードを通じて招待する」ことで、ブランドごとに働き手をグループに登録し、OB・OGとの繋がりを維持・管理できる。事業者は、タイミーに登録した700万人のワーカーの中から候補者を探せる。また、退職者に、タイミーでまた働けるOB・OGに招待する専用カードを配布。カードに記載された手順が完了すると、ブランドの OB・OGグループに追加される。そのため、タイミーをこれまで使ったことがない人も、カードの招待を通じてOB・OGの一員になれる。
働く場所は、例えば「マクドナルド」のようなブランドごとに管理され、店舗やフランチャイズが異なる場合もアルムナイとして認定されていれば、OB・OGとして応募でいるようになる。
事業者にとっては、ブランドでの勤務経験があるOB・OGが加わることで、より熟練度の高い業務・ポジションを、教育コストをかけずにスポットワーカーに任せられるようになる。働き手は、スキルや経験を活かして仕事ができるようになる。
将来的には、OB・OGの待遇向上や、特定のブランドのOB・OGであることが「タイミー」アプリ上で可視化され、履歴書のように活用できることを目指すという。
