北朝鮮 ロシアへの派兵や兵器輸出の収入 推計で最大2兆円超か

韓国の政府系シンクタンクは、北朝鮮がロシアへの派兵や兵器の輸出によって得られる収入は、日本円にして最大で2兆円を超えるとする推計をまとめ、国際社会による北朝鮮への経済制裁の効果が相殺されてしまうなどと警戒を呼びかけています。

韓国の情報機関、国家情報院の傘下のシンクタンク「国家安保戦略研究院」は、北朝鮮がウクライナへの侵攻を続けるロシアに派兵したり兵器を輸出したりしたことで得られる収入を推計した報告書を今月公表しました。

このうち派兵の収入については、2024年10月から2025年12月にかけておよそ2万1000人の兵士を派遣し、6億2000万ドル、日本円にして980億円余りが得られると推計しています。

また、2023年8月から2025年12月にかけて短距離弾道ミサイルやロケット砲などを輸出したことで得られる収入は最大で137億ドル、日本円にしておよそ2兆2000億円に上るとしています。

報告書では、実際に北朝鮮が受け取ったのはまだ一部にとどまっているとしていますが、こうした収入によって国際社会による経済制裁の効果が相殺されてしまうほか、対価としてロシアから軍事技術が提供される可能性があるとして、両国の軍事協力への警戒を呼びかけています。
