TOKIUM、「請求書発行」参入 精算・受領・管理から作成・送付まで
経費精算や請求書処理などの支出管理にまつわるクラウドサービスを提供するTOKIUMは、請求書発行クラウド「TOKIUM請求書発行」を今冬に提供開始する。

TOKIUM請求書発行は、請求書をオンライン上で作成し、送付まで行なうサービス。送付した請求書はTOKIUM上で一括管理できる。これにより、請求書の発行業務にかかる印刷や封入、送付後の管理などの負担を軽減できる。
請求データのCSVファイルや作成済み請求書のPDFを取り込み、インボイス制度に対応した請求書の発行が可能。また、請求データを一括でアップロードすることで、複数の請求書をまとめて作成できる。
作成した請求書は、メールや郵送、FAXなどのさまざまな送付方法に対応。郵送の場合はTOKIUMが発送を代行する。システムだけでは対応が難しい、取引先指定のシステムへの入力やアップロードについては、オペレーター活用により対応予定。例外を残すことなく、送付業務を効率化させる。
請求書のレイアウトは柔軟にカスタマイズでき、取引先の指定に沿った請求書や利用しているレイアウトに近い請求書の作成も可能。
そのほか、請求書以外の納品書や見積書などの各種帳票も発行可能で、TOKIUM上でさまざまな書類を一元管理できる。これにより、複数の帳票を個別で管理する手間を省き、業務効率化に繋げられる。
料金は、TOKIUM基本利用料の月額10,000円に加えて、送付件数に応じた従量課金が月額15,000円～。データ容量/登録ユーザー数は無制限で利用可能。
TOKIUMでは「経費精算」「インボイス」「電子帳簿保存」「契約管理」のサービスを提供している。TOKIUMプラットフォームとして展開することで、各サービスのマスタを共通化でき、システムの乱立による負担を軽減できることを訴求する。TOKIUMで取引先情報と取引先ごとに紐づく書類を一元管理できることも特徴としている。
また、他のTOKIUMのサービスと連携することで、取引先との契約情報に基づいて請求書の発行や送付漏れのリスクを検出し、請求漏れを防止すること等も構想している。
