警察庁、凶悪強盗事件についてXでメッセージ 「あなたや家族を保護する」
警察庁は、首都圏を中心に住宅に押し入る凶悪な強盗事件が発生していることから、こうした犯罪に「加担しようとしている人」へのメッセージをX(旧Twitter)上で公開した。
発生している強盗事件では、人が在宅していても暴力を振るうなどで家に押し入り、金品を奪うだけでなく、監禁・暴行を働くなど、凶悪な犯罪となっている。
また、こうした強盗では、面識がない実行犯同士が通信アプリで指示を受けて、犯罪に及んでいるケースが多い。実行犯は、実態を偽った求人情報などで集められるだけでなく、命令する主犯格に免許証などで身元を把握され、「本人や家族などに危害を加える」と脅されることも多いという。
実行犯が実行をためらいながらも、家族への心配などから犯罪に及んでしまったという、報道も行なわれている。
警察庁の今回のメッセージでは、こうした犯罪に加担しそうになっている人に対し、「自分自身や家族への脅迫が理由であっても強盗は凶悪な犯罪」とし、すぐに警察に相談するよう求めている。
「警察は相談を受けたあなたやあなたの家族を確実に保護します。安心して、そして勇気を持って、今すぐ引き返してください」
