【動画】東日本大震災 宮城 岩手 福島 定点で見つめる14年
東日本大震災と東京電力福島第一原子力発電所事故の発生から14年になります。
NHKでは発生直後から被災地の様子を同じ場所から記録する「定点映像」を撮影してきました。
それぞれの定点映像から見えてくる、各地の14年の歩みです。
【動画】宮城県 石巻市(45秒)
津波で大きな被害を受けた宮城県石巻市では、一部の土地がかさ上げされ、災害公営住宅が建設されました。
かつて住宅地があった海沿いの地区には2021年、復興祈念公園が開園しました。
【動画】岩手県 大槌町 赤浜地区(39秒)
大槌湾に面した岩手県大槌町赤浜地区では、住民の約1割にあたる90人が犠牲になりました。
震災後、土地区画整理事業が行われ、盛り土によって宅地や公園が整備されました。

東京電力福島第一原子力発電所が立地する福島県大熊町です。
町の中心部だったこの映像の場所は、原発事故により長期間、住民が戻ることができませんでしたが、2022年に避難指示が解除されました。
周辺では新たな住宅や商業施設などの整備が進められています。
