「マイナ救急」、10月に全国一斉開始 救急隊員が傷病者の情報把握
消防庁は、119番通報で駆けつけた救急隊員が病院選定等のため、傷病者のマイナ保険証を活用する「マイナ救急」を、10月1日に全国すべての720消防本部において開始すると発表した。

マイナ救急は、救急隊員が傷病者のマイナ保険証を活用し、過去に受診した病院や処方された薬などの医療情報を閲覧して把握するもの。搬送する病院の決定や救急車内での応急処置、病院到着後の迅速な治療開始などにつなげる。
搬送時には救急隊員は、傷病者本人の名前や生年月日等の基本的な情報、かかりつけの病院やこれまで服用している薬など、様々な情報の聞き取りを行なっている。一方で、病気や怪我で苦しむ本人や、気が動転している家族から、これらの情報を正確に聞き出すことが困難なケースもある。
マイナ救急により、本人や家族の負担を軽くするとともに、傷病者がより適切な処置を受けられるようにする。
マイナ救急で医療情報を活用するためには、傷病者がマイナンバーカードを所有し、かつ、健康保険証の利用登録が完了している必要がある。救急現場では、マイナンバーカードを救急隊へ渡し、救急隊が医療情報を閲覧することについて口頭で同意することで対応可能となる。
24年度のマイナ救急の実証事業に参加した67消防本部 660救急隊は、25年4月以降順次開始している。今後、一部の消防本部においてマイナ救急を実施している救急隊の数を増やして実施し、10月1日には全国すべての720消防本部 5,334隊でマイナ救急を開始する。
