名古屋 27年前の女性殺害事件 69歳の被告 殺人の罪で起訴

27年前、名古屋市のアパートで当時32歳の女性が殺害された事件で、検察は、女性の夫の同級生だった69歳の被告を5日、殺人の罪で起訴しました。

起訴状などによりますと、1999年11月、名古屋市西区のアパートでこの部屋に住む高羽奈美子さん（当時32）を刃物のようなもので刺して殺害したとして殺人の罪に問われています。

被告は、被害者の夫の高羽悟さん（69）と高校の同級生で同じ運動部に所属し、事件の5か月前に同窓会で再会していたということです。

去年11月から先月27日まで刑事責任能力を調べる鑑定留置が行われ、検察は専門家による精神鑑定を踏まえて刑事責任を問えると判断したということです。
