“今季最後の泳ぎを” 海水浴場にぎわう 山形 鶴岡
山形県鶴岡市の海水浴場は、24日で今シーズンの営業を終えるのを前に、この夏、最後の泳ぎを楽しもうという人たちでにぎわいました。
山形県内で最大規模の鶴岡市の湯野浜海水浴場には、夏休みも終盤となった23日、子どもたちや家族連れなど多くの人が訪れ、浮き輪を使って泳いだり浜辺で砂遊びをしたりして楽しんでいました。
千葉県から家族で訪れた9歳の男の子は「波に乗りながら泳ぐのが楽しかったです。この夏は海にもプールにも行けて最高でした」と話していました。
また、宮城県から4歳の娘と訪れた男性は「湯野浜に来たのは10年ぶりです。娘が生まれて遊び方は変わりましたが、来年もまた家族そろって海に来たいです」と話していました。
この海水浴場では、30年ほど前まで「海の家」が10軒近くありましたが、来場者数の減少などで徐々に減ってことしは1軒のみとなっていて、気温が上がった正午ごろには、かき氷やラムネなどを買い求める人たちが次々に集まっていました。
海の家を運営する菅原律子さんは「ことしは雨や風で営業できない日もあったが、去年よりは多くの人が来たのではないか。人が減るのは寂しいですが、湯野浜は最高の海なので、これからも希望を持って営業していきたい」と話していました。
