LINEヤフーは13日、ポケモンと連携し、「Yahoo!フリマ」「Yahoo!オークション」において、ポケモンカードゲームのカートン単位での出品や、空箱・空パックの出品を禁止した。発売後一定期間における同一商品の大量出品も禁止する。新たに禁止するのは、ポケモンカードのカートン単位での出品、空箱・空パックの出品、発売後一定期間における同一商品の大量出品の3項目。大量出品の禁止については、「ポケモンカードゲーム 30th CELEBRATION」から適用を開始する。今回の措置は、ポケモンカードゲームの適正な取引環境の実現に向けた取り組みの一環。LINEヤフーとポケモンは2023年7月、安全・安心なトレーディングカードの取引環境を目指し、相互協力に関する覚書を締結した。これまでもポケモンが新商品の発売情報や商品情報、権利を侵害する出品に関する情報をLINEヤフーに提供し、LINEヤフーが利用者への注意喚起や規約違反の出品削除などを行なってきた。今後は情報連携をさらに強化する。ポケモンは従来の情報に加え、二次流通でトラブルや不適切な取引につながるおそれのある商品や流通に関する情報もLINEヤフーに共有する。なお、メルカリでも9月16日より「30th CELEBRATION」関連商品の出品を禁止している。
