「ワールドベースボールクラシック（WBC）2026」を独占生配信する・Netflixの公式アカウントが、3月12日にXを更新。VTRナレーターに声優の日髙のり子さんを起用したことを発表しました。
14日（日本時間）からの準々決勝・決勝ラウンドの開催を目前に控えたこの日、公式アカウントは「2026 ワールドベースボールクラシック 声優・日髙のり子をスペシャルVTRのナレーターに起用！」「決勝ラウンドにあの“浅倉南”が帰ってくる！？」「世界最高峰のプレーの一瞬一瞬の熱さやDRAMAを日本の皆さまへお届け」とコメント。 日本国内向けの特別企画のナレーションを、野球アニメ『タッチ』の浅倉南役の声を務める日髙さんが担当することを明かし、1枚の写真を公開しました。
