7月24日、レクサスは、一部改良を施した「LC」を発表した。同時に特別仕様車「“PINNACLE”」を発表した。
新しいレクサスLCは、開発コンセプトである「より鋭く、より優雅に」を、さらに追求。具体的には、ドアストライカの構造変更により剛性感を高め、優れた操縦安定性と、ドライバーのステアリング操作にクルマが素直に応える車両応答性を高次元で両立したという。
新しいレクサスLCの価格は¥14,100,000から¥15,550,000まで。
特別仕様車の“PINNACLE”は、レクサスLC500とレクサスLC500コンバーチブルに設定。
一体成型フロントバンパーカナードや専用固定式リヤウイングを採用。レクサスLC500“PINNACLE”は、剛性に優れた構造のリヤアルミ中空サスペンションメンバーを搭載し、タイヤのグリップ力をより有効に活用することで、ドライバーとクルマの一体感ある走りを実現。さらたに、新たに搭載したDRSとの高い親和性により、高次元で安定性と軽快さを両立した。
レクサスLC500コンバーチブル“PINNACLE”は、初採用の専用固定式リヤウイングにより、オープン時の乗り心地や直進安定性・操縦安定性を高める。
レクサスLC500“PINNACLE”とレクサスLC500コンバーチブル“PINNACLE”それぞれに専用チューニングを実施。各部品のわずかな個体差にあわせた寸法精度の作り込みや、手作業による最終調整により、伸びやかな回転フィールや、加減速時の応答性向上とクオリティの高いドライブフィールを実現した。
エクステリアは、専用のブラックスパッタリング塗装の鍛造アルミホイールをはじめ、各パーツをブラックで統一。ボディカラーはレクサスLC500“PINNACLE”が銀灰色の「朧銀」を、レクサスLC500コンバーチブル“PINNACLE”が「ニュートリノグレー」を専用カラーとして設定。レクサスLC500“PINNACLE”では、塗装にもこだわり、表面の凹凸により光を乱反射させ、マットなクオリティを表現するマットクリア塗装を採用。塗装の最表面には、防汚と汚れ除去を可能とする新開発の特殊表面処理「レクサスマットコート」を施した。
インテリアのうち、内装色はレクサスLC500“PINNACLE”がブラック＆ホワイト、レクサスLC500コンバーチブル“PINNACLE”がサドルタン＆ホワイト。特別仕様車限定のスカッフプレートなどを装備。センターコンソールには専用プレートも備わる。助手席のインパネパネルには、専用のグラデーション刺繍もあしらわれる。
価格はレクサスLC500“PINNACLE”とレクサスLC500コンバーチブル“PINNACLE”、共に¥17,800,000。
限定販売台数はそれぞれ100台の計200台。各モデル限定100台のうち、50台はレクサスLCオーナーを対象に先行抽選を実施。残り50台を一般向け抽選販売分として、2025年7月24日から8月7日まで全国のレクサス店にて抽選申し込みを受付し、当選者には8月18日に申し込んだ販売店から連絡、商談開始となる。
