大規模再開発話題の“うめきた”すぐ。雑居ビルにある「すえひろ」は今年50年目を迎えた。コの字カウンターには大鉢料理が並び湯気立つおでんが目を悦ばせる。

なかでも創業時からの名物が「う巻」。たおやかな出汁巻きの澄ん味わいと、蒲焼きの深い旨み融合吟味された日本酒ほろ酔える心地が、この酒場にはある。
