大規模再開発で話題の“うめきた”すぐ。雑居ビル奥にある「すえひろ」は今年50年目を迎えた。コの字カウンターには大鉢料理が並び、湯気立つおでん鍋が目を悦ばせる。
なかでも創業時からの名物が「う巻」。たおやかな出汁巻きの澄んだ味わいと、蒲焼き鰻の深い旨みが融合。吟味された日本酒と共にほろ酔える心地が、この酒場にはある。
