政府が米の転売規制 メルカリ・LINEヤフーも23日から出品禁止
フリマサイト等における米の転売規制が6月23日から導入される。政府は13日、「国民生活安定緊急措置法施行令の一部を改正する政令」を閣議決定し、23日から、米穀の転売が規制される。

米の流通に目詰まりが生じている状況を踏まえ、価格の安定を目指す取り組み。これにあわせて、メルカリとLINEヤフーも、米穀の転売を6月23日から禁止する。政府備蓄米の転売については、5月29日から禁止されているが、この取り組みを米穀全体に広げることとなる。
なお、加工品となるパックご飯や、飲食店で提供される炊飯された米飯などは指定の対象外。
メルカリは、「メルカリ」「メルカリShops」で米穀全般の出品を禁止。米穀全般の出品の取引キャンセル、出品の削除のほか、米穀全般を出品したアカウントの制限、AIなどを活用した検知システムと目視による米穀全般の出品の監視などを行なう。なお、「メルカリShops」は法人に限り、政令に違反しない範囲で引き続き米穀販売が可能。
LINEヤフーは、「Yahoo!フリマ」「Yahoo!オークション」において、米穀の出品を禁止。あわせて、サービス内でのユーザー告知。米穀の出品の削除対応、AIを活用した米穀の出品のパトロール強化などを行なう。
「Yahoo!ショッピング」においても、小売業者などから購入した米穀の、購入金額よりも高い価格での販売を禁止。あわせてストアへの告知や出品パトロール強化などを実施する。
転売禁止期間について、メルカリは「当面の間」、LINEヤフーは「一定の期間に限って緊急的に措置するもの」と説明している。
