三井住友「Olive」、500万アカウント突破 10〜20代で満足度9割
三井住友銀行と三井住友カードが提供する総合金融サービス「Olive」のアカウント数が、今年3月に累計500万件を突破した。

Oliveは、銀行口座やカード決済、証券、保険などを1つのスマホアプリでまとめて管理できる統合型の金融サービス。2023年3月の提供開始以降、アプリひとつで多彩な金融機能を扱える手軽さから、特に若年層を中心に利用が拡大している。
利用者の約49.2％は20代以下だが、世代を問わず広がりを見せており、30代で189％、40代～60代以上で200％越えの伸び率を記録。全体の満足度は85％に達している。
また、Oliveは銀行・カフェ・オフィスを組み合わせたリアル拠点「Olive LOUNGE」を東京で4店舗、大阪で1店舗展開している。
全国の10代から60代までの5,000人を対象に実施したアンケートでは、Olive利用者の84.8％が「利用してよかった」と回答。10代では90.8％、20代では91.1％と、若年層での満足度が特に高いことが分かった。
利用者が挙げた満足の理由では、「スマホアプリの使いやすさ」(48.2％)が最多。続いて「複数の金融サービスを一括管理できる点」(40.0％)、「Vポイントが貯まる」(39.2％)といった利便性や還元制度が支持を集めたという。
アカウント500万件突破を記念し、三井住友銀行では4月24日から4月30日まで、抽選で500人に1万円相当のVポイントPayギフトが当たるキャンペーンを実施する。対象期間中に公式Xアカウントのフォローと投稿リポストを行なうことで応募できる。
