USJ 病気などで来園できず チケット代補償する保険の販売開始
大阪のテーマパーク、USJ＝ユニバーサル・スタジオ・ジャパンは、病気や介護などで来園できなくなった場合にチケット代を補償する保険の販売を新たに始めることになりました。
この保険は、USJが損害保険大手の「あいおいニッセイ同和損害保険」と共同開発し、今月から販売を開始しました。
具体的には、指定感染症のほか、入院や通院、急な出張、それに親族の看護や介護などで来園できなくなった場合、チケット代が全額、補償されるということです。
保険料は1人数百円で、チケットを購入した際にメールで送られてくるサイトにアクセスして加入できるということです。
USJのチケット代は1万円程度と高額ですが、来園できなくなった場合にこれまで原則として払い戻しはしていませんでした。
また、この春には当日券の売り場を閉鎖することを決めていて、安心して前売りチケットを購入してもらおうと、チケット代を補償する保険の販売を始めたということです。
損害保険会社でこうした保険を取り扱うのは、初めてだとしています。
