複雑な契約書もAIが理解 アドビ「Acrobat AIアシスタント」強化
アドビは、Adobe Acrobatの生成AI機能「Acrobat AIアシスタント」を強化したと発表した。ユーザーは、より簡単に、契約書など複雑な文書の内容を理解したり、複数文書の比較などを行なったりできるようになる。「Acrobat AIアシスタント」の利用料は月額680円～。
契約インテリジェンスが強化され、Acrobat AIアシスタントが自動的に契約書を認識し、概要を生成する。スキャンされた文書も対象。ワンクリックで重要な条項を抽出でき、複雑な文書に特化した質問が推奨される。
Acrobat AIアシスタントが生成する要約や回答には引用元が表示され、回答の正確性を確認しながら利用できる。
最大10件の契約書などの、スキャン文書も含む文書を比較可能で、バージョン間の違いを迅速に確認したり、内容の整合性を把握して、相違点を見つけられる。
同社の調査では、一般ユーザーの半数以上にあたる52%が「契約書の内容を正確に理解せずに、契約を結んだ経験がある」と回答するなど、ビジネスや日常生活における契約書や税務関連の文書の理解には課題が多いと指摘。セキュリティへの懸念からAIの導入も進んでいないという。Acrobat AIアシスタントの機能は、アドビのAI倫理プロセスに準拠して開発されており、「安心して利用できるようガードレールを設けている」としている。
同社では、「AIの力を活用することで、複雑な文書を処理するプロセスが簡潔で透明性の高いものとなる」とし、「従来のストレスの要因であった契約や経理業務における課題を解消する」とアピールしている。
