Our Ringに新機能「妊娠インサイト」 変化を継続記録・理解
スマートリング「Oura Ring」を展開するŌURAは27日、新たな妊娠関連機能を発表した。刷新された「妊娠インサイト(Pregnancy Insights)は、妊娠中の女性に体の状態を理解する情報などを提供し、妊娠期間を通じてバイオメトリクス(生体指標)がどのように変化するかを可視化する。8月12日から順次適用開始している。

妊娠インサイトは、これまで展開してきた「生理周期の洞察(Cycle Insights)」「妊娠可能期間(Fertile Window)」「生理予測(Period Prediction)」などの女性向けのパーソナライズ機能を拡張するもの。
妊娠は、大きな生理的・ホルモン的・感情的変化を伴う。従来の産前ケアは産婦人科での定期健診(妊婦健診)に限られ、日々変化する体調をリアルタイムで把握できないことも多い。妊娠インサイトでは妊娠期間中の変化を継続的に検知し、体の状態把握に役立てられる。
妊娠インサイトでは、「個別化され、継続的・文脈化された生理変化の追跡」、「科学的知見に基づく教育コンテンツ」、「妊娠の各段階をより自信を持って過ごせるよう支援するツール」などを提供。主な機能として、妊娠週数トラッキングや、新たなトレンドビュー、「症状記録」タグシステムなどを提供する。
ŌURAでは、母体に焦点を当て、1万件以上の妊娠データをもとに妊娠の共通パターンを定義。母体への新しいインサイトとケアのアプローチを行なうという。また、この基盤データは、9月にシンガポールで開催される「World Sleep Meeting」で発表される。
