石川 馳知事 岸田首相に復旧・復興に向けて復興基金創設を要望
石川県の馳知事は岸田総理大臣と会談し、能登半島地震からの復旧・復興に向けて、県が独自の施策を弾力的に実施できるようにするための「復興基金」の創設を要望しました。
馳知事は17日、総理大臣官邸を訪れ、岸田総理大臣と会談しました。
このなかで馳知事は、能登半島地震の被災地に向けた予備費の活用などに謝意を示したうえで「発災から100日を超えたが、厳しい状況にあるのが現実だ」などと述べ、継続的な支援を求める要望書を提出しました。
要望書では県が進める「創造的復興」に十分な予算措置を講じるとともに、被災地のニーズにあわせて県が独自の施策を弾力的に実施できるようにするための「復興基金」を創設するよう求めています。
これに対し岸田総理大臣は「厳しい状況が続いていると政府としても承知している。里山里海の復興や観光の再生、まちづくりなどについて、全面的に支援していきたい」としたうえで、「被害状況や国の支援制度による対応状況などを踏まえ、『復興基金』の検討を進めていきたい」と述べ、前向きな姿勢を示しました。
要望を終えたあと、馳知事は記者団に対し「基金の創設、活用も必要になってくると総理から言ってもらえた。過去の事例にならいながら、能登半島地震の特異性も踏まえてしっかりとお願いしたい」と述べました。
