キユーピー、ベビーフードの生産終了 26年8月末
キユーピーは、育児食(ベビーフード・幼児食)の生産を2026年8月末に終了し、順次販売も終了する。商品群は瓶詰め、にこにこボックスなど全72品目。

同社は1960年の発売以来、65年間にわたり育児食を生産・販売。近年は自社の販売数量の低迷に加え、原資材価格やエネルギー費の高騰によるコスト増などに直面していた。
商品継続のために、設備投資や販売促進などで検討を重ねて立て直しを図ってきたが、満足してもらえる品質を維持しつつ生産を継続することが困難であると判断し、生産・販売の終了の決定に至った。
生産・販売の終了にあたっては、急な供給停止による負担を最小限にとどめるため、発表から生産終了まで約1年間の期間を設けた。この1年間を、同社商品を利用しているユーザーが引き続き商品を購入できる期間とし、今後の商品選択を検討する期間にできるよう対応していく。
