文部科学省の審議会は4年後から学校で導入されるデジタル教科書について、国の検定の方針案をまとめ、子どもの集中力の観点などから動画の長さは1本あたり3分程度までに収めることが適当だとしています。

2030年度以降に学校で導入されるデジタル教科書について、13日、文部科学省の審議会は国の検定の方針案を取りまとめました。

それによりますと、デジタル教科書の動画などについて、音楽の楽器の演奏の動画や図形やグラフを変化させるシミュレーション、外国語の発音の音声などを認めるとしています。

一方、動画の長さは子どもの集中力の観点などから1本につき3分程度までに収めることが適当だとしています。

その上で、教科や学年段階ごとに長さの上限を設け、教科書1点あたり国語と算数は20分、理科は40分から60分、外国語は80分などとしています。

このほか災害や戦争などの映像は心身に与える影響を十分に考慮することや、短い映像を差し込んで潜在意識に働きかけるサブリミナルへの規制を徹底することなどを求めています。

文部科学省は今回の方針案を踏まえて来年度、教科書の検定基準を改正することにしています。
