6年前の台風で浸水被害の長野 須坂 大雨想定し防災訓練
6年前の台風で浸水被害を受けた長野県須坂市で、24日、大雨を想定した防災訓練が行われ、参加者が避難所設営などの手順を確認しました。
訓練は市内の広い範囲が浸水被害を受けた6年前の台風の教訓を生かそうと須坂市が行い、24日は市内の体育館でおよそ270人が参加しました。
参加した人たちは複数のグループに分かれ、AEDを使った心肺蘇生の方法や、実際に避難所で使う段ボールベッドを組み立てる手順を確認しました。
また、災害時に自身の安否などを伝える「災害用伝言ダイヤル」が設置され、訓練用の電話を使って「無事です。けがはしていません」といった伝言を録音していました。
参加した1人は「家で備蓄をしてはいますが、災害用の電話を使ったことはありませんでした。被災した際は家族にも使ってほしい」と話していました。
須坂市総務課危機管理担当課の呉羽和幸課長は「大きな災害の時には市民が主体的に動いてほしいと思い、開催しました。もし水害が発生した際には速やかに避難してほしい」と話していました。
