「ららテラス北綾瀬」6月28日開業 駅直結の大型商業施設が足立区に
三井不動産は、東京メトロ千代田線・北綾瀬駅直結のライフスタイル型商業施設「三井ショッピングパーク ららテラス北綾瀬」の開業日を6月24日に決定した。地上4階建てで、サミット、無印良品、GU、ノジマのほか、エリア初となるフードコートなど、全51店舗で構成される。

北綾瀬駅北改札からペデストリアンデッキで接続するライフスタイル型商業施設。駅前の交通広場にも隣接し、利便性の高いアクセスを実現した。スーパー、ファッション、雑貨、飲食、サービスなど、生活利便性の高い店舗を揃え、ワンストップでのショッピングを提供する。
綾瀬エリア初となるフードコートは、東京都初出店3店舗、足立区初出店3店舗を含む、全10店舗が出店。子連れ向けのファミリースペースやソファ席を完備している。座席数は約500席。
東京都初出店となるのが、王道味噌ラーメン「札幌味噌Fuji屋」、台湾旅行気分を味わえる「横浜中華街 台湾美食店886食堂」、韓国料理店「韓ポチャ」。
足立区初出店となるのが、中華蕎麦とみ田の直営店「松戸富田製麺」、うどん店「山下本気うどん」、ホルモンふたごの焼肉丼専門店「大阪焼肉 ふたごや」。
このほか、大阪王将、マクドナルド、サーティワンアイスクリーム、ミスタードーナツが出店する。
「ららテラス」は、スーパーや生活雑貨店などを核に、ファッションやレストラン、医療やサービス機能などを集積し、利便性の高い商業施設として主に都市近郊で展開。現在、「三井ショッピングパーク LaLaテラス南千住」(2004年開業)、「三井ショッピングパーク ららテラス武蔵小杉」(2014年開業)、「三井ショッピングパーク ららテラスTOKYO-BAY」(千葉県船橋市/2023年開業)、「三井ショッピングパーク ららテラスHARUMI FLAG」(2024年開業)を運営しており、5月31日には「三井ショッピングパーク ららテラス川口」が開業予定。北綾瀬は6施設目となる。
ららテラス北綾瀬の所在地は、東京都足立区谷中四丁目8番1号。敷地面積は約8,700m2、延床面積は約31,800m2、店舗面積は約16,300m2。店舗数は51店鋪、駐車台数は約200台。
