auメールアプリ「送信元なりすまし」警告 “生成AI由来”も対策へ
KDDIは、auメール(au.com/ezweb.ne.jp)のフィッシングメール対策を3月24日から強化する。また、auとUQ mobile、auひかりのユーザー向けの迷惑電話対策サービスを6カ月無料にする取組みについて、4月以降に再度実施する。
特殊詐欺による被害の防止を目的とした取組みの強化策。auメールはすでに、送信ドメイン認証技術(DMARC、DKIM)、アイコン表示標準技術(BIMI)を導入済みだが、3月24日からは順次、送信ドメイン認証が成功しない場合など、送信元のなりすましが疑われるメールに対し、警告を表示する機能をauメールアプリ(Android)に導入する。
また、5月下旬以降、迷惑メールの疑いのあるメールを検知・規制するフィルタリングサービス「迷惑メールおまかせ規制」の精度向上を図る。これにより、海外で急増しているという生成AI由来の迷惑メールや、新手のなりすまし手口にも対応できる体制を構築する。
■ 迷惑電話への対策
auとUQ mobile、auひかりユーザー向けの迷惑電話対策サービスは、3月31日までに申し込むと6カ月無料で提供される。この無料提供の取組みについて、総務省からの要請を受け再度実施する。申込期間は4月15日～9月30日。
au・UQ mobile向けの「迷惑電話撃退サービス」(月額110円)は、迷惑電話などが着信した後に1442をダイヤルして登録すると、以降は着信をブロックできるというもの。
auひかり電話向けの「迷惑電話 発着信ブロック」(月額330円)は、固定電話への国際電話サービスを悪用した詐欺への対策で、auひかり電話に用意されている国際電話不取扱サービスも活用する。約3万件の迷惑電話データベースとユーザー宅内のauひかりホームゲートウェイが連携し、詐欺や迷惑な勧誘などの着信を自動で防ぐ。また、発信時も宛先を確認し危険な電話番号とつながるリスクを低減する。
