東京メトロとサンケイビルは、表参道駅直結の商業・ホテル等からなる14階建て複合施設開発に着手したと発表した。2032年度の竣工を目標に進められる。 表参道交差点至近で、青山通り沿いに位置する土地で共同で開発する。地上14階・地下3階で、構成は地下2階から地上2階が商業店舗、地上3階から14階がホテル。 所在地は東京都港区北青山3-6-16他(地番)、敷地面積は約2,000m2、延床面積は約12,800m2。2027年度着工予定。
