EU ウクライナへ16兆円規模の融資 すべての加盟国が承認
EU＝ヨーロッパ連合は23日、ウクライナへの16兆円規模の融資を行うことをすべての加盟国が承認したと明らかにしました。

この融資をめぐっては、去年12月に決まったものの、ウクライナを経由するロシア産原油の輸送が停止されたことを受けてことし2月、ハンガリーが反対に転じ、実現のめどが立たないままとなっていました。
こうしたなか、ハンガリーでは今月行われた議会選挙でオルバン首相が率いる与党が敗北し、オルバン首相は19日、原油が届くようになれば反対しないと表明しました。

ウクライナはことし前半にも深刻な資金不足に陥るとされていて、ロシアによる軍事侵攻が長期化するなか、EUの支援が急がれていました。
