りそな銀行 新社長に千田一弘常務が昇格
りそなホールディングスは、傘下のりそな銀行の岩永省一社長の後任に千田一弘常務が昇格する人事を発表しました。
1994年に当時のあさひ銀行に入行し、融資の判断を行う審査部の担当役員などを経て、去年からはりそな銀行の常務を務めています。
金融業界では、金利ある世界が進む中で貸し出しの原資となる預金の獲得競争が一段と激しくなっています。
また、AIの活用も急速に広がり、サービスの向上や専門人材の育成などが課題となっています。
新社長に内定した千田氏は会見で「厳しい事業環境の中で、これまでと同じ発想や考え方では他社に負けると認識している。取引先の成長を支えられれば、お客様から選ばれる銀行になると確信しているので、営業現場などへの人材投資を行っていきたい」と述べました。
