暗号資産「LINE BITMAX」サービス終了

LINE Xenesisは、暗号資産取引サービス「LINE BITMAX」を6月1日に終了。新規アカウント開設も停止した。3月3日10時～6月1日12時までは、「LINE BITMAX」アカウントで保有する日本円残高の出金と暗号資産の出庫、暗号資産を売却した日本円残高の出金に関する手続きを手数料無料で利用できる。 サービス終了後のユーザーの暗号資産に関しては、LINE Xenesisが日本円へ換価し、日本円残高とあわせて、登録済みの金融機関口座等へ順次返金対応を実施する。 なお、金融機関口座等の登録が確認できないなどの理由で返金できない場合には、関連法令に基づき、法務局への供託手続きを実施する。その後の返金対応は、法務局で取戻しの手続きが必要。 ユーザーの資産返還方法・スケジュール・手続きなど重要な内容に関しては、特設サイトで案内する。 LINE BITMAXは2019年にサービスを開始していたが、暗号資産市場の環境変化や競争激化が進む中、グループ全体での経営資源の最適化を検討した結果、経営資源を他の成長領域へ集中させるため、サービスを終了するとしている。
