東電 核燃料デブリ取り出しへ 追加で9000億円規模の費用見込む
東京電力ホールディングスが、福島第一原子力発電所の廃炉で最大の難関となる核燃料デブリの本格的な取り出しに向けて12年から15年程度かかるとしている準備作業のため、追加で9000億円規模の費用を見込んでいることが関係者への取材で分かりました。廃炉に向けた作業を着実に進めるため、収益力のさらなる強化が求められることになります。
東京電力は29日、福島第一原発の事故で溶け落ちた核燃料デブリの本格的な取り出しに向けて、具体的な工法に関する方針を初めてまとめ、国の専門機関に報告しました。
関係者によりますと、本格的な取り出しを始めるまでには、核燃料デブリの状況の確認や、妨げになる建物の解体、それに、建屋の中や周辺の放射線量を下げるといった準備作業に今後12年から15年程度かかる見通しで、東京電力は、これらに、追加で9000億円規模の費用を見込んでいるということです。
会社は、31日発表を予定していることし4月から6月までの3か月間の決算に、こうした内容を反映させる方針です。
今回の費用は核燃料デブリの取り出しの準備作業のためのもので、実際に本格的な取り出しが始まれば、さらなる費用が必要になる見通しです。
原発の安全対策やインフラの維持費などで巨額の有利子負債を抱え、厳しい経営が続く中、会社が廃炉に向けた作業を着実に進めるには、収益力のさらなる強化が求められることになります。
