みずほ銀行、システム更新で5月以降に計5回のサービス休止 ATMなど
みずほ銀行とみずほ信託銀行は、システム更改に伴うメンテナンスのため、5月2日22時から10月18日11時までの間に計5回、ATMやインターネットバンキングを含む各種サービスを休止する。
休止期間は以下の通り。
・1回目：5月2日 22時～5月3日 17時30分
・2回目：6月6日 22時～6月7日 17時30分
・3回目：8月8日 22時～8月9日 11時
・4回目：9月12日 22時～9月13日 11時
・5回目：10月17日 22時～10月18日 11時
1回目は、みずほ銀行のATMや通帳繰越機、キャッシュカードによるすべてのATM利用(提携金融機関、コンビニATM含む)、みずほダイレクト(インターネットバンキング/アプリ/テレホンバンキング)とその関連アプリ・サービス、電子決済サービスへのチャージ(J-Coin Pay、Mizuho Suica等)、法人向けEBサービスを休止する。みずほ信託銀行もキャッシュカードによるすべてのATM利用を休止する。
2回目は、みずほ銀行のみずほダイレクト(インターネットバンキング/アプリ/テレホンバンキング)の利用口座登録など一部機能を停止する。3回目は、ATMや一部金融機関・コンビニATMでの取引、みずほダイレクトの振込・振替の一部機能、法人向けEBサービスなどを休止する。
4回目はATMやダイレクトは利用できるが、他金融機関宛の振込などについて9月14日以降の入金となる場合がある。5回目はATMや通帳繰越機、一部金融機関やコンビニATMでの取引、電子決済サービスへのチャージ、一部法人向けEBサービスを休止する。
休止時間はサービスごとに異なる。メンテナンスの作業状況により、7月4日～7月5日および11月14日～11月15日にもサービスを休止する場合がある。
