万博のウォレットアプリ、終了後はステーブルコイン対応の新アプリに刷新
HashPortは、2025年大阪・関西万博で利用されている「EXPO2025デジタルウォレット」のメインアプリとweb3ウォレット機能(事業連携サービス)を、万博終了の10月13日以降に新ウォレットアプリ「HashPort Wallet」としてリニューアルする。

「HashPort Wallet」は、HashPortが運営主体となり、メインアプリを引き継ぐ形で、ステーブルコインの利用が可能なweb3ウォレットとなる。「EXPO2025デジタルウォレット」アプリは、ユーザー数も多く、リニューアル後の「HashPort Wallet」は、国内最大級のユーザー数を持つステーブルコイン利用が可能なサービスとなる見込み。
大阪・関西万博でのキャッシュレス推進を目的としたデジタルウォレットアプリが、初心者も手軽にステーブルコインとデジタル資産にアクセス出来るweb3ウォレットアプリに刷新。HashPortでは「未来社会の実験場である万博の金融領域のレガシーを受け継ぐ」としている。
リニューアル後の「HashPort Wallet」は、米ドル連動・全額準備型ステーブルコインUSDCと、日本円連動のステーブルコインJPYCの2種類のステーブルコインに対応予定。USDCについては、万博会期中の9月13日から、大阪・関西万博会場内で流通する「EXPOトークン」との交換を開始する予定。万博会期後には、ポイント連携や、26年に新設予定の電子決済手段・暗号資産サービス仲介業の登録を目指し、登録完了後には、新ウォレットアプリを通じて、USDCと日本円のオンランプ・オフランプを提供予定。
JPYCについては、今年秋に予定される発行開始後に順次対応を進めるために協議。また、新ウォレットアプリ内においてJPYCと日本円のオンランプ・オフランプの提供を行なう可能性についても協議していく。
新ウォレットアプリでは、大阪・関西万博終了後にAptos、Ethereum、Polygon、Baseに対応し、年内にBitcoin、BNB Chain、Avalanche、Arbitrumが追加される予定。また、129種類の暗号資産で、新ウォレットアプリからステーブルコインを利用して外部DeFiサービスで取引を行なう場合、ガスフィー(ネットワーク手数料)無料で取引出来る予定。
「EXPO2025デジタルウォレット」の「ミャクぺ！」「ミャクポ！」「ミャクーン！」は、万博会期終了後、移行期間を設けたうえで各運営事業者サービスへの引き継ぎやサービス終了の案内を予定している。
