東証職員インサイダー疑いで独立の調査検証委設置 日本取引所
日本取引所グループは、傘下の東京証券取引所の職員が企業のTOB＝株式の公開買い付けに関する情報を家族に伝えた疑いがあるとして証券取引等監視委員会から強制調査を受けた問題を受けて、独立した社外取締役で作る委員会を設置し、原因などについて調査を進めていると発表しました。調査が終わり次第、速やかに内容を公表することにしています。
日本取引所グループの山道裕己CEOは、きょうの記者会見で「関係者の皆様にご迷惑やご心配をおかけしていることをおわび申し上げるとともに、引き続き証券取引等監視委員会の調査に全面的に協力していきたい」と述べて陳謝しました。
