カルディの「料亭みたいな炊き込みご飯」が絶品！蟹の旨みがギュッと詰まってて、あっという間に完食しました！

今回購入したのは「蟹めしの素 130g」です。価格は537円（以下、すべて税込）。
蟹の炊き込みご飯を作るためのパウチで、1袋130g。2号分の炊き込みご飯を一気に作ることができます。
蟹のほぐし身だけでなく、蟹エキスや蟹味噌も入っている贅沢な一品。
お家で本格的な蟹めしを簡単に楽しむことができますよ。
パウチを開けると、蟹の香りがすごい！どろっと粘度の高い、あんかけのような液体が入っていました。
いつも通りに水を入れた2号分のお米に、パウチの中身を足して軽く混ぜます。
後は炊飯器のスイッチを入れるだけと、作り方はとっても簡単です！
炊きあがったご飯は全体的に薄茶色。ご飯の上にはほぐし身も沢山のっていて、おいしそうです！
全体を軽く混ぜると、醤油と蟹が合わさった香りが漂ってきて食欲をかきたてられます。
まずはシンプルにそのままお椀によそっていただきました。
ひと口ほおばると、醤油ベースでしっかり濃いめ。蟹の風味がすごいので、濃いめの味付けがぴったりマッチしています。
また、蟹味噌の濃厚でまったりしたコクがしっかりと感じられました。
ひと口ごとに蟹の旨みがブワッと広がっておいしい！高級レストランのメニューのような、贅沢な味わいです。
ほぐし身は十分な量が入っていますが、「身を食べている」という感じはあまりしません。
でも、それ以上に風味が濃厚なので、十分満足することができました。
せっかくなので少し味変もしてみたくて、2杯目は天津飯にアレンジしてみました。
卵や中華あんと一緒にカニカマをのせたのですが、蟹めしの本格的な風味のおかげで高級感がすごい！
濃厚な蟹めしにまろやかな卵とあんがピッタリで、大満足のおいしさでした。
ただお米に混ぜて炊くだけで、簡単に本格的な蟹めしが作れて嬉しい！
高級感たっぷりの味わいなので、おもてなしメニューとしても活躍してくれそうです。
贅沢で濃厚な蟹の風味をたっぷり楽しめる、便利な炊き込みご飯の素でした。
