ファミリーマートは、321円という低価格を実現したパスタ2種類を全国のファミリーマート(沖縄県を除く)で発売した。 新商品は「明太子パスタ」と「醤油とだしのペペロンチーノ」の2種類で、どちらも321円。ランチ代を抑えたいという節約ニーズのほか、麺量を少なめにしたお手軽サイズで「色々なものを少しずつ食べたい」という買い合わせを楽しむスタイルにも応えるという。 関東エリアの約1,000店で実施したテスト販売では、特に女性層やサイドメニューと一緒に購入するユーザーから高い支持があり、全国展開が決定した。今後も低価格パスタのラインアップを順次発売する予定としている。
