国内で未承認の睡眠薬を無許可で女性3人に販売したとして41歳の容疑者が警視庁に逮捕されました。関係先の捜索で睡眠薬など3万2000錠余りが押収され、警視庁は東京・歌舞伎町の「トー横」に出入りする子どもたちがSNSを通じて容疑者から睡眠薬を買っていたとみて調べています。

警視庁によりますと、去年12月からことし1月にかけて都内の15歳など女性3人に国内で未承認の睡眠薬、あわせて1130錠を無許可で販売したとして医薬品医療機器法違反の疑いがもたれています。

容疑者は海外の輸入代行業者から薬を大量に購入し、SNSで売りさばいていたとみられ、ことし1月、都内の警察署に自首し、発覚しました。

調べに対して「医薬品を求めている人に迅速に届けたかった」などと供述しているということです。

薬を購入した15歳の少女は、「東京・歌舞伎町の「トー横」を訪れた際に容疑者にSNSで連絡すると薬が購入できると知った。買った睡眠薬は市販薬の過剰摂取＝オーバードーズに使用した」などと話しているということです。

警視庁は「トー横」に出入りする子どもたちがSNSを通じて容疑者から睡眠薬を買っていたとみて調べています。
