東北～九州を中心に猛烈な暑さ 熱中症対策を
2日も東北から九州を中心に午前中から気温が上がり、すでに猛烈な暑さになっているところがあります。関東の内陸部では40度に迫る暑さになるおそれもあり、引き続き熱中症への対策を徹底してください。
気象庁によりますと2日は前線などの影響で、北海道や東北の日本海側などでは曇りや雨となっていますが、東北の太平洋側から九州にかけての各地で午前中から気温が上がっています。
午後はさらに気温が上がり、日中の最高気温は、前橋市と埼玉県熊谷市で39度、京都府舞鶴市や兵庫県豊岡市で38度と危険な暑さが予想され、特に関東の内陸部では局地的には40度に迫るおそれもあります。
また、東京の都心や福島市、富山市、高松市で37度、名古屋市や大阪市で36度などと各地で猛暑日になる見込みです。
熱中症の危険性が極めて高くなるとして、東北から九州にかけての28の都府県に熱中症警戒アラートが発表されています。
エアコンを適切に使用したり、水分や塩分をこまめに補給したりするなど、熱中症への対策を徹底してください。
