　独立行政法人情報処理推進機構（IPA）および一般社団法人JPCERT コーディネーションセンター（JPCERT/CC）は8月4日、freo2におけるアップロードするファイルの検証が不十分な脆弱性について「Japan Vulnerability Notes（JVN）」で発表した。三井物産セキュアディレクション株式会社の小澤和希氏が報告を行っている。影響を受けるシステムは以下の通り。

freo2 Ver 2.0.0-alpha-14より前のバージョン

　refirioが提供するPHPで作成されたコンテンツ管理システムfreo2には、アップロードするファイルの検証が不十分な脆弱性（CVE-2026-67243）が存在し、当該製品における最上位の管理権限を保持するユーザーが実行可能ファイルをアップロードして、任意のOSコマンドを実行する可能性がある。

　JVNでは、開発者が提供する情報をもとに最新版へアップデートするよう呼びかけている。
