ジャヌ東京・虎景軒で「町中華 at Hu Jing」がスタート──ホテルのハイ&ローに新機軸登場
麻布台ヒルズ「ジャヌ東京」の「虎景軒」が夏限定で「町中華 at Hu Jing」を開催。ラグジュアリーホテルの技で話題の“町中華”を再現した。

麻布台ヒルズのラグジュアリーホテル、ジャヌ東京にある中国料理レストラン「虎景軒（フージン）」が、7月19日から9月30日まで夏の期間限定メニュー「町中華 at Hu Jing」をディナータイムに展開する。
このメニューは、日本人に馴染み深い“町中華”メニューを、虎景軒流に再構築。バンバンジー、ユーリンチー、チンジャオロース、かに玉、冷やし中華といった馴染のあるメニューが、料理長・山口祐介による独自の視点で新たな味わいで提供される。
メインとなる「華町コース」は全7品構成。北京ダックロールをはじめ、5品のメイン料理から好みの2品を選択できる。締めには彩り豊かな「五目冷やし中華」を用意。「黒バンバンジー」は白ゴマダレではなく、黒ゴマの濃厚ダレで仕上げ、ほのかな苦みと辛味が加わった奥行きのある味わいになった。また「ちょい飲みセット」（¥2,500、2杯提供）など、お馴染みのサービスをファインダイニングでオーダーできるなど、親しみやすさと上質さが同居したホスピタリティも魅力だ。
ラグジュアリーホテルならではの上質な味を馴染みある料理でツイストするスタイルの新機軸となるのか期待大である。
