モンクレール×サレへ・ベンバリーのコラボ第2弾が登場。クライミングカルチャーを革新的デザインで表現
サレへ・ベンバリーが手掛けるモンクレール エクイップメントの新作カプセルコレクションが発売。トレイルグリップスニーカーとユーティリティバッグが登場する。

モンクレールは、フットウェアデザイナーのサレへ・ベンバリーとの2度目となるコラボレーションコレクション「モンクレール エクイップメント アメーバ カプセル」を発表した。2023年のデビューコレクションに続く今回は、ブランドを代表するテクニカルスニーカー「トレイルグリップ」と新作ユーティリティバッグを展開する。
コレクションは、ベンバリー特有の地形をモチーフにしたデザインだ。トレイルグリップ アメーバは、自然の形状や質感から着想を得たラバー素材と通気性の高いメッシュを採用。成形ケージやカーボンファイバーのフットプレート、ビブラムのVibram MEGAGRIPのアウトソールなど、高い機能性も備える。カラーはスノーホワイト、サンセットオレンジ、ヘザーパープルの3色展開だ。
同じタイミングで発表されたアメーバ ユーティリティパックは、耐久性と撥水性を備えたライクラ素材を使用する。登山用ロープを想起させるコードストラップと、ベンバリーのシグネチャーであるジッパーの引手を特徴とし、ヘザーパープル、ヴァーダントグリーン、ラピスブルーがラインアップされる。
どちらのアイテムにも、かつてモンクレールが装備を提供したフランス人探検家リオネル・テレイのアルプス遠征からインスピレーションを得たヴィンテージ風のグラフィックも取り入れられている。クライミングカルチャーへの畏敬の念が込められたコレクションをチェックしよう。
