住民税の控除額の引き上げや給付を組み合わせることにより就業者1人あたり最大で年間5万円程度の負担軽減を図るとしています。

来年4月から2年間、食料品の消費税率を1％に引き下げるなどとした法案をめぐり国民民主党は対案となる法案の骨子をまとめました。

この中では住民税の控除額を引き上げるとともに課税最低限を下回る年収の就業者には収入に応じた給付を行い1人あたり最大で年間5万円程度の負担軽減を図るとしています。

また現下の物価上昇に対応するための対策案もまとめ、負担軽減措置を前倒しする形で今年度中に低中所得の勤労者層を中心に5万円程度の給付を行うなどとしています。
